What to expect

Every quarter you will be asked to submit data to be scored and a star rating will be awarded. Annually a National Rural Honor Roll will be published. Subscriptions are annual with 4 quarterly reviews.

Only 4 and 5 Star facilities are ever publicly announced

The dashboard shows your strengths and weaknesses by domain so that you can strive for improvement, better scores, and ultimately better patient satisfaction. Resources and improvement communities are available for improvement if requested.
